    Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for international students - 9/1/2022

    https://www.dese.gov.au/covid-19/coronavirus-covid-19-information-international-students

    Visa processing update - 24/11/2021

    Due to the Australian border reopening to eligible temporary visa holders from 15 December 2021, the Department of Home Affairs is expecting an increase in visa applications.

    We encourage you to provide the Department of Home Affairs with complete Student visa applications. To check the requirements, students can use the Document Checklist Tool.

    A complete application will enable quicker processing and reduce backlogs, particularly during peak processing periods. Incomplete applications can also cause validity issues resulting in students not receiving their Bridging Visas, and in some circumstances, causing students to become unlawful.

    Please do the followings:
    Complete health examinations, English language tests, and biometrics collection as soon as possible;
    Provide evidence of health insurance up to the appropriate date;
    Check application and update if any of the details have changed;
    If a student has changed their CoE since they applied, they will need to attach the new CoE to the application via ImmiAccount as soon as possible.

    It is important that education providers provide students with CoEs as early as possible so that Students can lodge their applications as early as possible, thus helping to avoid high numbers of visa applications in mid-March.

    Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

Our Graduate

Coen Johnston

“Through Learn To Fly Melbourne, I completed my Commercial Pilots Licence, Diploma of Aviation and Night Rating. After completing the initial training in Townsville, I relocated to the main facility in Moorabbin where I transitioned from the Cessna 172 to the Diamond DA 40 with G1000, became familiar with the complex operating procedures around Melbourne and completed my final flight tests and studies. I am extremely grateful to those at LTF who allowed me to achieve my goal of attaining my CPL.”
